Zusammenfassung

Lortat-Jacob [18] prägte 1957 den Begriff Endobrachyoesophagus. Aus dieser Bezeichnung geht hervor, daß das Merkmal „Verkürzung“ sich nur auf die Schleimhaut und nicht auf den Oesophagus als solchen bezieht.
