Zusammenfassung

Die Pharmakotherapie mit Antacida kann über die nachfolgend aufgeführten Wirkmechanismen die Pathogenese der Refluxkrankheit beeinflussen:

  1. a)

    Neutralisation des Mageninhalts, Verminderung der Säuremenge und Schmerzlinderung.

  2. b)

    Adsorption von Gallensäuren und Pepsin.

  3. c)

    Beeinflussung der Magenentleerung.

  4. d)

    Tonisierung des unteren Oesophagussphincters (UOS).
