Zusammenfassung
Gleichzeitig verabreichte Substanzen können sich im Organismus in der Resorption, der Plasmaproteinbindung, am Ort der Wirkung, im Metabolismus und in der Ausscheidung gegenseitig beeinflussen (Davie 1977). Daraus resultiert eine Zu- oder Abnahme der Substanz im Plasma und entsprechend eine Verstärkung oder Verminderung der pharmakologischen und toxikologischen Wirkungen. Im klinischen Alltag werden bei Regionalanästhesien in erster Linie Tranquilizer wie Diazepam zur intraoperativen Sedierung und Krampfprophylaxe und Ketanest oder Halothan zur Vervollständigung einer unzureichenden Leitungsanästhesie gleichzeitig mit Lokalanästhetika verabreicht.
