Das Basaliom

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Überblick über die wesentlichen zytostatischen Substanzen, die bei der Behandlung des Basalioms verwendet wurden gegeben. Das 5-Fluoro-Uracil hat seinen Platz bei bestimmten Basaliomformen behauptet. Seine Indikation ist das oberflächliche Basaliom, nevoide Basaliome, Patienten die unter antikoagulantien Behandlung stehen. Gegebenenfalls ist auch die Anwendung von 5-F.U. nach vorheriger Kürettage sinnvoll.

Die Therapie des Basalioms sollte aber, wenn irgend möghch, die Operative- oder gegebenenfalls die Strahlentherapie sein. Die Chemotherapie stellt nur ausnahmsweise eine Alternative dar.
