Zusammenfassung

Aus theoretischen Überlegungen sollte die Magenschleimhaut geschützt werden durch

  1. 1.

    eine normale Durchblutung,

  2. 2.

    regelrechten Epithelzellumsatz und

  3. 3.

    ausreichende Schleimproduktion.

Im folgenden wird zu diesen protektiven Faktoren einzeln und synoptisch Stellung genommen.
