Zusammenfassung
Störungen der Magenmotorik sollen wesentlich an der Pathogenese des Gastroduodenalulcus beteiligt sein. Ob sie primär ätiologische Bedeutung haben oder nur ein Glied in einem circulus vitiosus darstellen, ist noch nicht klar [2, 13]. In jedem Falle erscheint es im Hinblick auf die Beschwerden vieler Patienten nicht ausreichend, das Ulcus zur Abheilung zu bringen oder zu entfernen. Ein wesentliches Ziel des Chirurgen ist es auch, bestehende Magenentleerungsstörungen zu beseitigen und neue zu vermeiden.
