Zusammenfassung

Prostacyclin (PGI 2) ist eine bei allen Species physiologisch vorkommende Substanz, die aus Arachidonsäure synthetisiert wird. An Wirkungen sind besonders eine starke Vasodilatation sowie eine Thrombocytenaggregation bekannt. Die physiologische Rolle der Prostaglandine unter Normalbedingungen ist nicht genau bekannt. Es gibt jedoch Hinweise dafür, daß Prostaglandine in die Kontrolle des regionalen Blutflusses vieler Organe miteinbezogen werden (2). Die vorliegende Studie sollte zwei Fragen klären:

  1. 1.

    Besitzt Prostaglandin eine unterschiedliche Wirkung auf die Durchblutung der verschiedenen gastrointestinalen Organe?

  2. 2.

    Gibt es Organe, bei denen Prostacyclin die im hämorrhagischen Schock verminderte regionale Perfusion normalisiert?
