Abstract
Rückdiffusion von H+ ist ein wichtiger Faktor in der Genese von akuten Ulcerationen der Magenschleimhaut (2). Die Menge der rückdiffundierenden H+ ist abhängig von der intraluminalen [H+] (1). Hingegen wird die intramurale [H+] in der Schleimhaut,gemessen am intramuralen pH (pHi), noch von anderen Faktoren reguliert (3).
