Zusammenfassung
Intraduodenal verabreichte Säure stimuliert die Serum-GIP-Konzentration beim Hund und Menschen dosisabhängig (1). Da GIP die pen- tagastrinstimulierte Säuresekretion in denervierten Funduspouches signifikant hemmt (2), wurde vermutet, daß GIP ein physiologischer Regulator der Säuresekretion ist. In der vorliegenden Studie untersuchten wir daher den Effekt von intravenösem Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptid (GIP) sowohl auf die pentagastrin- als auch auf die nahrungsstimulierte Magensekretion beim Menschen.
