Zusammenfassung
Während das pentagastrinstimulierte Sekretionsverhalten bei Ulcus duodeni-Patienten vor und nach SPV sehr intensiv untersucht worden ist, ist über das Verhalten der nahrungsstimulierten Säuresekretion bisher wenig bekannt. In den vorliegenden Untersuchungen haben wir bei 32 Ulcus duodeni-Patienten neben einer konventionellen Sekretionsanalyse mit Pentagastrin die durch intragastrale Titration erzielte nahrungsstimulierte Säuresekretion vor und nach SPV ermittelt.
