Zusammenfassung

Dem Reflux von Galle und Pankreassekret in den Magen wird eine pathogenetische Bedeutung u.a. bei der sog. alkalischen Gastritis, dem Ulcus ventriculi und der Refluxösophagitis zugeschrieben. Die Bedeutung des intakten Pylorus als Barriere gegen den duodenogastralen (d.g.) Reflux ist umstritten (4).
