Zusammenfassung

In früheren tierexperimentellen Untersuchungen (1, 2, 3, 4) haben wir festgestellt, daß die Magenmotilität nach einer selektiv proximalen Vagotomie (nach HOLLE) in den ersten 4–6 postoperativen Wochen vermindert ist. Durch die folgenden Tierversuche sollte untersucht werden, wie lange dieser Motilitätsverlust über diesen Zeitraum hinaus nach der Operation noch bestehen bleibt. Daneben sollte die Wirkung von motilitätsfördernden Medikamenten wie z.B. Metoclopramid (Paspertin) untersucht werden.
