Abstract
There are many different pelvic phlebography techniques. The diversity bears witness to their lack of perfection. The angiographic investigation of the veins of the lesser pelvis in females developed considerably between 1955 and 1960, since when interest has considerably decreased. At present, these techniques have only exceptional indications and provide no definite therapeutic clues.
