Zusammenfassung
Der mir erteilte Auftrag enthält 2 Fragestellungen: Die datenorientierte, empirisch-statistische Bilanz der Dialyse-ergebnisse bei Systemkrankheiten unter dem Gesichtspunkt der „Machbarkeit“, und die Frage nach der ärztlichen Bewertung der Behandlungsergebnisse, die sich nicht auf die Kalkulation von Überlebensarten beschränken darf, sondern auch ein Urteil über den kurativen Erfolg, gemessen an der erreichten Lebensqualität des Kranken, abgeben muß.
