Nachsorge beim kolorektalen Karzinom

Zusammenfassung

Unter Nachsorge verstehen wir die regelmäßige Überwachung des potentiell kurativ operierten Tumorpatienten. Neben der Kontrolle spezieller postoperativer Folgen steht die Früherkennung eines Rezidivs oder eines Zweitkarzinoms im Mittelpunkt der Bemühungen (17, 27).
