Zusammenfassung
Angeregt durch mehrere Fälle von Laktatazidose mit tödlichem Ausgang, die wir auf unserer Intensivstation beobachten konnten, beschlossen wir, eine kurze Studie mit laktathältigen Elektrolytlösungen zu machen. Ein Patient hat uns im besonderen dazu bewogen.
