Zusammenfassung

Die Grundstufe einer konventionellen hämodynamischen Patientenüberwachung mit unblutiger Punktwertmessung des Blutdruckes und Zählung der Pulsfrequenz läßt nur eine diskontinuierliche Globalbeurteilung des Kreislaufes zu. Durch Miteinbeziehung eines EKG-Monitoring und der Messung des zentralen Venendruckes werden zusätzliche kardiale Aussagen zwar möglich, leistungsmäßig wird jedoch nur das rechte Herz erfaßt.
