Endoscopy and Biopsy in Gastroenterology

Abstract

Endoscopie findings can be documented in writing (longhand, punch card, computer) as well as in visual form (drawing, 35-mm camera, Polaroid camera, Super 8 and 16-mm movies, X ray) [1,8]. Visual documentation alone, however, is only an incomplete substitute for a written report [7].
