Zusammenfassung

Bier ist Scit Jahrtausenden bekannt. Fast ebenso lange sind neben weinherstellenden Betrieben bierherstellende die bedeutendste mikrobiologische Industrie. In den vergangenen Jahrzehnten haben sich viele Brauereien in den Städten zu großen Industriebetrieben entwickelt. Dadurch verlieren die kleinen Brauereien auf dem Lande immer mehr an Bedeutung.
