Zusammenfassung

Beim Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrom handelt es sich um eine seltene Bindegewebserkran-kung, die meistens in autosomal dominanter Weise vererbt wird. Charakteristisch für diese Krankheit sind eine Hyperelastizität und Verletzbarkeit der Haut, eine durch die Elastizität der Gelenkkapsel bedingte Überstreckbarkeit der Gelenke und eine verstärkte Blutungsneigung (Abb. 29.1).
