Abstract

An agroclimatic basis is becoming ever more common in the placement of specific crop strains and hybrids, as well as in the planning of the specialization of branches of agriculture, the introduction of valuable plants outside their traditional areas, and the systematization of measures designed to increase the productivity of the agricultural industry. In connection with this, the evaluation of climatic resources as applied to agriculture is assuming an increasingly practical value.
