Abstract
It is well known, that in modern highly developed countries most people, i. e. about 50 per cent dye of some kind of disturbance of the arterial circulation: in 25 per cent the cause of death is cancer and all other possible illnesses cause the death of the remaining part of the population. Until now the methods used for investigation in the clinic and also for the control of therapy are not very accurate, because most of them are based on subjective findings The main aim of these investigations was therefore to find objective parameters for diagnostical orientation and for controlling the effect of our surgical or pharmacological therapy.
