Abstract

The basic ideas involved in the use of available symmetries are outlined in App. A. Here, we discuss the preparation of a program in terms of the use of the symmetries that may exist in any particular application. The user needs to go through this reasoning in order to set up the program properly, if symmetry is to be exploited.
