Urologische Funktionsdiagnostik zur Klassifikation neurogener Blasenentleerungsstörungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Erhaltung der Nierenfunktion ist und bleibt oberstes Prinzip jeder urologischen Diagnostik und Therapie. Dies gilt auch und besonders für Patienten mit einer neurogenen Störung im Bereich des unteren Harntraktes. Die Behandlung dieser Patienten verlangt deshalb nicht nur eine präzise Klassifikation der vorliegenden Störung mit Feststellung des Krankheitsstadiums (Hald, 1972), sondern sollte als eine wesentliche Aufgabe die Prävention, d. h. im konkreten Fall die frühzeitige Feststellung von Risikofaktoren für den gesamten Harntrakt mitbeinhalten. Leider sind nach wie vor bei rückenmarkverletzten Patienten die urologischen Komplikationen mit an erster Stelle zu nennen, sowohl bei der Mortalität als auch der Morbidität dieser Patienten (Bors u. Comarr, 1971).
