Zusammenfassung

Die ungünstige Prognose der meisten Patienten auch mit lokalisierten Bronchuskarzinomen läßt nach Verbesserungen der Behandlungsmodalitäten suchen. Die Rolle adjuvanter zytostatischer Therapien nach Tumorresektion wurde diskutiert (Karrer, 1978) und die möglicherweise gönstige Wirkung immunotherapeutischer Maßnahmen bei diesen Patienten besprochen.
