Zusammenfassung

Die Weichteilsarkome der Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen umfassen eine heterogene Krankheitsgruppe höchst unterschiedlicher Malignität mit rascher oder später hämatogener Disseminierung. Sie betreffen außerdem Geschwülste mit ausgeprägter Neigung zu lokalen und lokoregionalen Rezidiven, die oft erst nach Jahren hämatogen disseminieren.
