Abstract
The findings presented here are the result of computerized tomography (CT) in 3 98 tumors of the posterior fossa and represent a cooperative effort on the part of CT research teams in Berlin, Mainz, and Munich. The studies were performed solely in the horizontal plane, and each study was repeated after injection of a contrast medium (1 ml of 60%–66% contrast medium per kg body weight) when there was no contraindication to the procedure.
