Zusammenfassung
Die diagnostische Beurteilung benigner und maligner lymphoreticulärer Proliferationen der Haut gehört zu den schwierigsten Gebieten der Histopathologic In den letzten Jahren wurden allerdings beachtliche Fortschritte erzielt, die vor allem Herkunft und Funktion der „lymphoreticulären“ Zellen betreffen. Diese Entwicklung hat auch ihren Niederschlag in der Dermatologie gefunden und zu einer Neuorientierung des Konzeptes der „Hautlymphome“ geführt. Die klassischen morphologischen Vorstellungen und die darauf basierenden Einteilungen werden nun mit den modernen Erkenntnissen der Immunologi, Cyto-chemie und Elektronenmikroskopie in Einklang gebracht.
