Summary
This report describes a model of stasis edema caused by ligation of the rat tail which can be provoked repeatedly in the same animal in order to study the effect of O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-rutosides (HR) on the following parameters: volumetric changes, cutaneous circulation, permeability.

Beschrieben wird ein Modell des Stauungsödems infolge Ligatur des Rattenschwanzes, das wiederholt an denselben Tieren provoziert werden kann und an dem die Wirkung von O-(β-Hydroxyethyl)-rutosiden (HR) auf folgende Parameter untersucht wurde: Volumetrie, Hautdurchblutung, Permeabilität.
