Zusammenfassung

Postoperativer Blutverlust nach Operationen mit dem extracorporalen Kreislauf ist auf mehrere Faktoren zurückzuführen. Die Schädigung cellulärer Blutbestandteile durch das mechanische Trauma, die Dauer der extracorporalen Zirkulation und die Höhe des Heparinspiegels spielen hierbei die entscheidende Rolle.
