Zusammenfassung
Das Verfahren der selektiven proximalen Vagotomie gründet sich auf die anatomische Ausbreitung des vagalen Parasympathikus im Magen. Die technische Durchführung setzt voraus, die anatomischen Verhältnisse an der Curvatura minor, die man als „Hilus des Magens“ bezeichnen kann, genau zu kennen. Weiter muß die Gefäßversorgung dem Operateur genau bekannt sein.
