Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 49-jährigen, 70 kg schweren Patientin sollte ein Mitralvitium durch offene Kommissurotomie therapiert werden. Es war geplant, die Operation in Neuroleptanalgesie durchzuführen. Sowohl operativ als auch anästhesiologisch ergaben sich bis zu Bypassbeginn keine Probleme. Danach konnte ein ausreichender Perfusionsdruck, trotz maximalen Flows, nur durch wiederholte Gaben von 1 ml Norfenefrin (Novadral) in einer Verdünnung von 1 : 10 gehalten werden.
