Zusammenfassung
Anaesthetica allein und die in Zusammenhang mit der Anaesthesie erwendeten adrenergen Substanzen führen zu einer Veränderung es elektrischen Erregungsablaufes an der Membran der Herzmuskelzelle. ies drückt sich klinisch als eine erhöhte Arrhythmiebereitschaft us. Eine solche sensibilisierende Wirkung wurde unächst für Chloroform und Cyclopropan (1, 2, 3)beschreiben uch das 1956 von RAVENTÖS eingeführte Halothan zeigt diese unerwünschte ebenwirkung (4) Günstigere Eigenschaften in diesem usammenhang werden dem Methoxyf luran zugeschrieben (5, 6). ie Wirkung des halogenierten Äther Enfluran wird in der Literatur nterschiedlich beurteilt (7-12). In der vorliegenden rbeit wird die Arrhythmiebereitschaft des Herzens unter dem influß der kombinierten Gabe von Adrenalin und halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen (Halothan, Enfluran, Methoxyfluran) geprüft. Als Parameter wurde die ventriculäre elektrische Flimmerschwelle des isolierten Meerschweinchenherzens bestimmt.
