Abstract

87 laboratory-bred albino rats (strain: Wistar HF-Han) of both sexes were prepared for this study. After intracisternal application of a protein biosynthesis inhibitor (actinomycin C1, see p. 78), the cerebella (and other parts of the brain, parts of the spinal cord and the liver) were histologically and cytologically examined with light and electron microscopic methods. Autoradiographic and histochemical techniques were applied as well.
