Abstract

The etomidate binding to human albumin (50 g/1) was ascertained by means of the equilibrium dialysis. The walls of the dialysing membrane were 0.02 mm thick with a mean porewidth of 2.4 mm. Using a dialysing temperature of 2° C, a balance between internal and external fluid was obtained after 8 hours.
