Abstract

An approach to a publisher is reputed to be difficult. In non-scientific, or non-Springer, terms we hear from James Barrie that when an author was to be hanged for murdering his publisher he said good-bye to the minister and to the reporters and then saw some publishers sitting in the front row below him. To them he did not say good-bye. He said instead, ‘I’ll see you again.’
