Metaphysäre Schaftfrakturen beim Kind und Jugendlichen, auch nur einigermaßen achsengerecht reponiert, heilen komplikationslos aus. Kleinere Achsenfehler werden spontan durch das nachfolgende Längen- und Dickenwachstum korrigiert.
