Zusammenfassung
Nach den sehr wichtigen Ausführungen von MUNRO über die Verbindungen zwischen den aliphatischen Aminosäuren und dem Insulin im hepatalen Koma sollen noch zwei weitere Aspekte angesprochen werden. Erstens die Interferenz der Aminosäurenveränderungen mit den Neurotransmittern im Gehirn und zweitens die Möglichkeit der therapeutischen Beeinflussung — und nicht nur der nutritiven -der Leberinsuffizienz mit Aminosaurenlösungen, vorläufig im Experiment und später vielleicht auch in der Klinik.
