Acid Phosphatase in Acute Lymphatic Leukemia (ALL)

Strong activity of acid phosphatase localized in the Golgi apparatus and in lysosomal granules in its vicinity is supported to be characteristic for T-ALL (3). The reliability of this finding as a T-ALL-marker was investigated.
