Zusammenfassung

In der Stomachirurgie wurden in den letzten Jahren mit der Schaffung der kontinenten Reservoir-Ileostomie nach KOCK und der Erlanger Magnetverschluß-Colostomie wesentliche Fortschritte erzielt. Bei beiden Verfahren treten jedoch in einem nicht geringen Prozentsatz Komplikationen auf, die die erstrebte Kontinenz zunichte machen.
