Zusammenfassung

Viele der biochemischen Daten, die in letzter Zeit über die Pathogenese des Coma hepaticum gewonnen wurden, sind widersprüchlich: Teils mangels eines geeigneten experimentellen Modells, teils aus methodischen Gründen, womit unerwünschte Nebeneffekte gleichlautende Ergebnisse verhinderten.
