Zusammenfassung
Ziel unserer Untersuchung war es, bei verschiedenen Funktionszuständen, insbesondere beim autonomen Schilddrüsenadenom mit seinen Entwicklungsstufen der Kompensation und Dekompensation, durch Bestimmung der Hormonkonzentrationen im Schilddrüsengewebe und im Plasma die Wirkung einer umstrittenen thyreostatischen Vorbe¬handlung auf das dekompensierte autonome Schilddrüsenadenom festzustellen.
