Abstract
It is known from previous reports (Guiraud et al., 1972) that in the ischemic cerebrovascular accidents there is a modification of platelet aggregability. Therefore we attempted to determine (1) if this modification was detectable in the acute phase of untreated stroke; (2) what was his time-course; (3) if there was a relationship with the clinical decourse.
