Zusammenfassung
Das mir gestellte Thema ist komplex. Was zum Lernen motiviert und wodurch die erreichten und erreichbaren Niveaus des Lernens eingegrenzt werden, gilt es, auf seine Umweltbedingungen zu klären, die sich bis hin zur sog. Gesellschaftsstruktur verfolgen lassen. Lernen ist ein vielgestaltiger Begriff. Der Einfachheit halber will ich darunter abgekürzt das lebensalterbezogene Produkt von nicht näher erläuterten Prozessen der Differenzierung und Strukturierung verstehen, das sich in der Bewältigung alltäglicher Situationen, von Aufgaben und von vielerlei Fähigkeitstests (bis hin zu sog. Intelligenztests) als Wissen, als Teilhabe am kulturellen Grundbestand und als Verfügbarkeit über Problemlösungsfertigkeiten oder kurz als „Kompetenz“, zu erkennen gibt. Lernen in diesem Sinne ist kumulativ, jeder Zuwachs hängt vom bereits erreichten Stand ab, von den notwendigen Vorkenntnissen.
