Abstract
This study has the twofold purpose of revising the current subdivision of the rat’s parahippocampal cortex (comprising presubiculum, area retrosplenialis e, parasubiculum and area entorhinalis), and of mapping the terminal distribution of sulphide silver stainable fibre systems within this region.
