Abstract
The first-arrival data of six seismic-refraction profiles radiating from the Eschenlohe quarry into Northern Calcareous Alps are used to derive a contour map of the quantity x/t in steps of 0.1 km/s, An average velocity-depth function yielding a maximum depth of penetration of 5.5 km with a velocity of 6.6. km/s is compared with data from other investigations.
Zusammenfassung
Die ersten Einsätze von sechs refraktionsseismischen Profilen in den nördlichen Kalkalpen werden interpretiert und eine Karte mit Linien gleicher Werte x/t in Schritten von 0,1 km/s wird entworfen. Eine aus diesen Daten berechnete mittlere Geschwindigkeits-Tiefen-Funktion erreicht in einer maximalen Eindringtiefe von 5,5 km eine Geschwindigkeit von 6,6 km/s. Das Ergebnis wird mit anderen Untersuchungen verglichen.
