Die Hyperlipoproteinämie bei Pankreatitis

Zusammenfassung

Bei der akuten (Fredrickson et al., 1967; Greenberger et al., 1966) und chronisch rezidivierenden (Strum u. Spiro, 1971) Pankreatitis werden primäre und sekundäre Hyperlipoproteinämien beobachtet. Am häufigsten geht die Pankreatitis mit einer Typ I-oder Typ V-Hyperlipoproteinämie einher. Es ist oft schwierig zu unterscheiden, ob eine akute Pankreatitis bei einer primären Hyperlipoproteinämie auftritt oder ob die Hyperlipoproteinämie sekundär durch die Pankreatitis verursacht ist. Eine Entscheidung darüber läßt sich nur treffen, wenn die Serumlipoproteine auch nach Abklingen der Pankreatitis untersucht werden und andere Ursachen der Hyperlipoproteinämie wie u.a. ein Alkoholabusus oder Diabetes mellitus ausgeschlossen worden sind.
