Zusammenfassung

Gastrointestinale Manifestationen von Kollagenkrankheiten finden sich bevorzugt als motorische Störungen am Oesophagus. Dies gilt besonders für die Sklerodermie, aber auch für andere Kollagenosen wie Lupus erythematosus, progredient chronische Polyarthritis, Periarteriitis nodosa und Dermatomyositis, besonders wenn gleichzeitig ein Raynaud-Phänomen besteht.
