Zusammenfassung

Obwohl am Schluckakt mehr als 30 einzelne Muskeln, die durch 5 Hirnnerven innerviert werden, teilnehmen [21], wird die Schluckbewegung „so harmonisch und in derart perfekter Reihenfolge durchgeführt, daß sie aus einem einzelnen Akt zu bestehen scheint“[30]. Gewöhnlich zergliedert man den Schluckvorgang in drei Phasen:

  1. 1.

    die orale,

  2. 2.

    die pharyngeale,

  3. 3.

    die oesophageal.
