Zusammenfassung

Die Steuerung der cerebralen Zirkulation soll durch den Blut-CO2-Spiegel , das pH der Cerebrospinalflüssigkeit oder den O2 -Druck des Hirnge webes ebenso erfolgen kænnen wie durch Drosseln des regionalen Blutzustromes oder Senkung des systemischen Blutdruckes . In diesem Zusammenhang ist die Wirkung einer direkten Veränderung des arteriellen Sauerst off partialdruckes auf die retinale bzw . cerebrale Gefäßbahn von besonderem In te resse . Frühere Untersuchungen zur retinalen Zirkulation unter Halothaneapplikation (HAUCK , 1972) und mit CO2-Atmung (HOFFMANN , 1972 ) in der klinischen Narkosepraxis haben uns ermutigt , zwei Versuchsreihen mit kurzfris tiger Hypoxie und Hyperoxie unter ähnlichen Versuchs bedingungen anzustellen .
